Last week, we announced Signals, a new capability within the AI Visibility dashboard in GrowthOS. You can now measure your weekly brand presence across answers in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, and connect it to your marketing mix data to understand what’s moving with it.
We built this because LLMs are quietly influencing the buyer journey in ways that current measurement methods are not equipped for.
Recommendations through AI answers no longer rely on the last click that traditional search attribution was built on. Ahrefs, publishing analysis of its own traffic in June 2025, found that AI search accounted for 0.5% of visits but 12.1% of sign-ups: a figure widely quoted as evidence that AI traffic converts extraordinarily well, and one better read as evidence that the click layer is far too thin to measure anything by.
Today, AEO tools can answer the surface-level question: “are we showing up?” But budget decisions need answers these tools can’t reach: “what is that visibility worth?” and “how do I budget against it?” Those answers can only come from inside your marketing mix, not from a tool bolted on beside it.
So we built AI Visibility where those answers live: directly inside GrowthOS, working with the mix model you already run. Here’s what that looks like.
Understand how your brand is recommended across LLMs
AI Visibility is a dashboard that breaks down your weekly brand visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. We query the four major LLMs every week with a fixed panel of questions buyers are most likely to ask in your category, recording whether you appear, how prominently, and in what sentiment, benchmarked against the competitors you track. This gives you a trend line for your category: how your brand presence moves week on week.
Measure which topics you’re winning on, and where to improve
Every prompt in your panel gets its own breakdown: mention rate, week-on-week movement, sentiment, most frequent position, and how each platform answered. One prompt might show you as the #1 recommendation on every platform while another has you barely mentioned, and a 16-week trend sits behind each one, so a one-week blip and a real shift look different.
Know where you rank against competitors
Your category view puts every brand you track side by side: visibility share, week-on-week movement, sentiment, and how often each takes the top spot. The head-to-head bar gives you the week in one line: your share of your category’s AI answers, next to everyone you’re up against.
Get a directional read on where to focus your marketing
Signals does what standalone AEO tools can’t: it models your weekly visibility against the marketing mix data already in your GrowthOS and surfaces which activities track it most closely. Brand spend and earned media moving with your visibility, say, while a content push shows little. You get a directional read on where to focus spend, or pull it back, with the model’s confidence on display.
This turns the question from “our visibility moved” into “here’s how our marketing moved with it, and here’s where I’d invest to win in AI search”, a sentence you can take into a budget conversation with your CFO.
What early customers are saying
![]()
"AI is rapidly becoming where travellers start when planning a trip, and right now a handful of brands dominate those recommendations. Understanding whether we're showing up, what drives that visibility, and how it connects to bookings is becoming a strategic priority."
![]()
"Consumers are already asking AI which home loan provider to go with, and that answer shapes the consideration set before we get a chance to make our case."
![]()
"More and more consumers are asking AI what the best options are for their many needs when it comes to their internet or mobile, and right now we have limited ways of understanding whether Belong is showing up in those conversations or the impact it is having. That's exactly the problem we need solved as AI becomes a real channel for customer acquisition."
